It’s Yeezy season. Back in 2013, Kanye West revealed that he was hard at work in the studio recording his follow-up album to Yeezus, released June 2013. Although his latest record was projected for release by mid-2014, West decided to delay his plans.
Two years later, West has begun to showcase the fruit of his labor in an array of live performances at the Grammys and SNL. His live acts include “Only One,” his heartwarming collaboration with Sir Paul McCartney, “FourFiveSeconds,” the stripped-down track that will be featured on her forthcoming album, and “Wolves,” featuring Vic Mensa and Sia. However, it was his flaming hot Brit Awards performance of “All Day” that had fans raving.
West has finally debuted the studio version of “All Day,” from his highly anticipated album So Help Me God, coming soon. The single is another energetic banger, reminiscent of the sound featured throughout Yeezus. It’s vigorous, it’s rowdy, it’s nothing less than what we’d expect from this brilliant musician. With a single as strong as this, West has intensified the hype for So Help Me God.
Yeezus just rose again.
